Well, I drove down to watch the Lake Nona Lions play the Citrus Hurricanes in a Kickoff Classic, which was the Lions first ever football game. A 1st year school, they have no seniors. When I left at the half, Derrick Mountford and the Lions trailed 21-14, in a game that featured turnovers and the sort of play that you see in the preseason. It was exciting though, and the campus is beautiful
On the drive home, I was able to get score updates on the LLWS game, Georgia vs California. Now that I am home, I am switching between the LLWS and the Abilene Christian football game against SW Missouri State. I've been to that stadium :)
Life is good. Go Georgia and GO ACU!
